Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Zagora

Embarking on the first day of our Morocco Desert Trip from Marrakech to Fes, we will commence our journey at 8:00 am. Our route will take us through the majestic High Atlas Mountains as we make our way directly to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. After exploring the historic site, we will proceed to Ouarzazate, also known as the African Hollywood, where we will enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant. Continuing through the scenic Draa Valley, home to the largest palm plantation in the country, we will finally arrive in Zagora. Here, we will embark on a captivating desert camel trek, followed by a delightful dinner and an overnight stay at a Berber camp.

Day 2: Zagora – Dades Gorge – Dades Valley

Following a pleasant breakfast at the Zagora desert camp, we will return to meet our driver on a camel trek. From there, we will drive back
to Ouarzazate, the gateway to the true Desert, and proceed towards the enchanting Valley of Roses and Dades Valley. Along the way, we will be greeted by the breathtaking landscapes and the soothing river. In the midst of the valley, we will enjoy a delectable dinner and spend the night at a hotel.

Day 3: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Erfoud – Merzouga Dunes

After a satisfying breakfast, our journey will take us from Dades Valley to Todra. Where we will explore its magnificent gorges and relish the awe-inspiring views of towering cliffs and canyons. We will pause for lunch (not included in the price) before continuing our adventure to Rissani, home to the largest date market in the country. Our final destination for the day will be Merzouga, where we will indulge in camel riding, savor a campfire dinner with lively local music, and spend the night in comfortable tents amidst the captivating Merzouga dunes.

Day 4: Merzouga Dunes – Erfoud – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

As the early morning casts its golden rays upon the Sahara. We will rise to witness the breathtaking spectacle of the sunrise before returning to the hotel by camel. After a satisfying breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on a direct journey to Fes. Along the way, we will enjoy a delicious lunch and pass through Azrou and Ifrane. Affectionately known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” while traversing the majestic High Atlas Mountains. We will also take a moment to explore the renowned cedar forest, the largest in Morocco. And observe the playful Barbary apes. Upon reaching Fes, our driver will drop you off at your hotel. Marking the end of our shared Marrakech to Fes desert trip.
